※新規ご契約と同時に英語対応オプションをご契約いただく場合は、英語文言に初期値を設定してご納品いたします。

| 【タイトル】Web Ledger Service User Agreement |
| 【本文】 By using this web ledger service (hereinafter: “The Service"), to receive ledgers from ●● Co., Ltd. (hereinafter: “The Company"), the ledger recipient (hereinafter: “The User") is considered to have consented to be bound by the terms of this User Agreement. In addition, usage of the Service is deemed to constitute consent to the terms of this User Agreement. Article 1 (Service Content) The Service can only be used by Users. Within the Service, Users can carry out functions such as browsing and data download on ledger information issued by the Company. The Company shall provide the Service to Users as an alternative to sending paper ledger documents. Article 2 (Fees) There are no usage fees for the Service. However, any other fees for accessing the Service such as data costs shall be borne by Users. Article 3 (Management of IDs, Passwords, etc.) Users shall be responsible for proper management and store ID and password information required for the use of the Service, and the Company shall bear no responsibility for issues such as transfer, lending, loss, or theft. Article 4 (Prohibited Actions) In the course of using the Service, Users must not carry out any of the following actions. (1) Allowing a third party other than the User to use the Service (2) Actions which constitute or are suspected to constitute fraudulent use of IDs or passwords for the Service (3) Use of malicious programs such as computer viruses either through the Service or related to it, provision of said programs, or actions which could cause such suspicions (4) Attempting to gain fraudulent access to the Service such as unlimited access to its related systems (5) Reverse engineering actions on the Service such as reverse compiling or reverse assembling, or analysis of the source code or protocols (6) Actions which are in violation or suspected to be in violation of laws and ordinances (7) Other actions determined to be improper by the Company Article 5 (User Agreement Changes) The Company may change this User Agreement without prior notification required. In this case, the provisions after the change shall apply unless there are special cases defined. Article 6 (Changes to the Content of the Service) The Company may change the content of the Service without any prior notification to Users required. In this case, the Company shall not be liable for any prejudice or damage suffered by the User or any third party. Article 7 (Interruption of The Service) The Company may stop the provision of the Service without any prior notification to Users required in any of the following circumstances. In this case, the Company shall not be liable for any prejudice or damage suffered by the User or any third party. (1) Actions such as maintenance, inspection, or repair are being carried out on the facilities used for provision of the Service, either regularly scheduled or for an emergency (2) The Service cannot be provided due to factors such as fire or power outage (3) The Service cannot be provided due to forces majeure such as natural disaster, war, insurrection, or rioting (4) The Company determines that provision of the Service must be temporarily stopped due to some other operational or technical issue Article 8 (Termination of The Service) The Company may terminate the provision of the Service through prior notification to Users. The Company may use a method it deems appropriate for this notification to users. In this case, the Company shall not be liable for any prejudice or damage suffered by the User or any third party. Article 9 (Legal Basis and Court of Jurisdiction) The legal basis for this User Agreement shall be Japanese Law, and for any disputes arising out of or relating to it, the court with jurisdiction over the Company’s headquarters address shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the first instance. Article 10 (Resolution by Consultation) For any matters not defined in this User Agreement or uncertainties in the interpretation of its provisions, the Company and the Users shall engage in joint consultation in good faith with the intention of finding a solution quickly. |
